Executive Physicals - Proactive Health Inventory

Mr. Jones is a complaint gentleman with well controlled high blood pressure and cholesterol who went on to have a stroke. Just like a stop sign that is only authorized after there has been a few accidents, your health care should not be reactive. Personal Health Inventories are designed to obtain a complete picture of your health, so that we can proactively and holistically meet all of your needs.

Executive Physical Package

*General Physical and Examination
*Cardiovascular Profile to include EKG, Exercise Stress Test
*Laboratory evaluation: (CBC, Thyroid testing, urinalysis, cholesterol evaluation)
*Pulmonary Function Testing
*Hearing and Vision Evaluation
*Tetnus, Hepatitis A, and Hepatitis B immunizations
*Holistic services including: Spectracel lipid, cardiovascular, antioxidant, vitamen and mineral analysis and six acupuncture sessions.

Part B: Also included is one of the following.

*Monthly weight loss follow up and counseling
*IPL hair loss removal (axilla or bikini line), or facial rejuvenation, or an Obagi starter kit.
*Holter cardiac examination

Cardiovascular Executive Physical Package

*Includes all of the components of the executive physical package
*Includes all of the optional part B components of the executive physical package
*Includes a cardiovascular duplex echocardiogram

Total executive physical package

*Includes all of the components of the cardiovascular executive physical package
*Includes a total body CT scan.
